DroneRabbit redesign - looking for mentor

I'd like to have the top bar with fixed icons to the left (as it currently is), but then I want to add "Home" "About" etc, fixed to the right.

On-going ideas and Portfolio items
For those who know me, they know I spill ideas... all the time, some very thorough. And I'd actually would like something of it other than "oh heres an idea". I'd like to have brief descriptions posted on the left as well as any other things I work on. I do small amount of webwork which would be in the portfolio items area.

Feeds... I have an idea for a feed. Something similar to a twitter widget is what I'd like to build, but that grabs from any of my social networking sites that use "status updates". Ie: facebook status, Buzz, twitter, linkedin, etc. But all confined together seamleslly. (I guess something that would look like threadsy.)

I have minimal experience with CSS, and html knowledge. I understand how most framework of websites work, but am really bad at putting it together myself. I'd like some mentoring or help whether it be over Project Exchange or skype (or other client).

(On another note - most things I post here, will be up for grabs as "ideas" go for projects.)
