Trial and error! I'm learning myself that there's no exact science of course... except the fundamental question we must first ask ourselves... what problem are we solving? Successful businesses offer solutions. And once you've stumbled upon a good solution to a common problem... you better alert the masses quickly like Paul Revere during the American Revolution... in other words, bring it to market quickly, because you can be sure that others are coming up with their own solutions to the same problem, too!
