So the other day, I’m sitting in a downtown lobby with two of my favorite co-founders of a cool, new social community for creative professionals called Skillology.  I’m not sure if you guys have ever heard of it? If not, definitely check it out!

Ashoka Innovators for the Public recruits social entrepreneurs from all over the world who believe they can change the world.  Social entrepreneurs cover issues from access to electricity and child trafficking to education and college preparation for low-income students. Soulfege is a fresh blend of musical talent that I think fellow Skillologists will appreciate. I heard them perform live a few years ago in Boston and was blown away by their fusion of reggae, hip-hop, R&B, and other African-influenced rhythms, along with their uplifting and awareness-raising, smart lyrics. The crowd was on their feet, singing and dancing along to the polyrhythmic beats and horn-accompanied chords.
