In life, we all have passions and talents, but what are we lead by? Are we led by the pursuit of money? Are we led by who others want us to be? Are we lead by a societal standard of success? Are we led by someone else’s dream given to us as a child?  Living life with success isn’t simply about doing what is considered the “hot” job, or following some career standard, or adopting a traditional pathway; it is about being you.  Ask yourself this question, what do I want to do in life?

Who Are You? Fellow Skillologist Inspires with Motivational Speech

Who are you? What do you communicate? What do you exude? Is it purpose? Hope? Justice? Love? Professionalism?

On behalf of the Summer 2006 graduating class of the University of Florida, Ms. Daphne Charles, Writer/Editor for Skillology, delivered an awesome and inspiring speech asking her fellow graduating classmates to reflect on these questions.
