Interesting article discussing Salary Secrecy among employees. In my opinion, it is a disservice to yourself and your job satisfaction to concern yourself with matters that do no contribute to your job performance or personal growth. Self-evaluation is key, be encouraged people, you are your craft, focus first on perfecting YOU.

You won't get any higher watching someone on the escalator. It really won't help unless you get on to move yourself higher.
